Worship at Calvary: July 19

Worship Notes: This upcoming week is our Vacation Bible School so our opening scripture and song spoke of telling the wondrous deeds of our God to the future generation.

Call to Worship:
Lord, you have been our dwelling place
in all generations.
Before the mountains were brought forth,
or ever you had formed the earth and the world,
from everlasting to everlasting you are God.
Give ear, O my people, to my teaching;
incline your ears to the words of my mouth!
I will open my mouth in a parable;
I will utter dark sayings from of old,
things that we have heard and known,
that our fathers have told us.
We will not hide them from their children,
but tell to the coming generation
the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might,
and the wonders that he has done.
Psalm 90:1, 2, 78:1-4

Our Great God

Worship in Prayer and Giving

He Will Hold Me Fast

Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.
For behold, darkness shall cover the earth,
and thick darkness the peoples;
but the Lord will arise upon you,
and his glory will be seen upon you.  Isaiah 60:1, 2
